Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of insanehome's website, CRM workspace, API, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to secure your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Platform Use

insanehome provides a modular CRM workspace for managing contacts, deals, and team workflows. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations that apply to your customers and contacts.

We may edit, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed per seat as described on our Pricing page. Fees may change with notice. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees.

API and Integrations

API access is subject to rate limits and plan tier restrictions described in our documentation. You are responsible for securing API credentials and session tokens and for how third-party integrations use your workspace data.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing activity.
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise Platform security.
• Impersonating another party or sharing account credentials.
• Scraping or abusing the API beyond documented limits.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

insanehome and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Platform. You retain rights to your CRM data and content, but grant us a license to host and process it as needed to provide the services.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. insanehome disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period where technically feasible.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect business or legal changes. We will notify you by updating the effective date and posting the revised Terms.
